Freshly Renovated Artist Condo and Pool Minutes to Downtown

I think the description of “ freshly renovated” is misleading. The bathroom needs updating, the toilet seat is old, the bathtub is pealing and the tub floor is very slippery. The paint on the bath walls is pealing. The kitchen/ living area was fine although the Kuerig didnt always work. Location was very good.

The apartment was adorable. I had a peaceful and relaxing trip.

Great location, cute little studio apartment & good communication from host. We stayed just 1 night, in town for a comedy show at Zanies. The communication from the host via app, email & text was great. Very clear instructions & easy to find, free parking was nice, the apartment was well appointed. Only thing off was the listing indicated a pull out sofa and there was no sofa, just 2 occasional chairs in the kitchen area. It wasn’t a deal breaker for us when we arrived but we had planned to offer the pullout sofa to a friend who drove in from Hendersonville for the show so he didn’t have to drive back late night. The area around the apartment seemed safe & there are a number of dining & shopping options in walking distance including a Publix if you plan to use the kitchen in the apartment. Zanies is walking distance so it was perfect for the late show and walking back after a couple drinks. We took uber to Broadway & that was quick & easy.. 17 to Broadway, 11 coming back. There is a huge shopping plaza/mall a couple miles up the road. Really a great location all around & the price was much more reasonable than most in Nashville. Would definitely stay again.
